We join you in your petition, believing that God has a plan and a purpose for your life, including your career. We stand on the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."
Firstly, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." It is only by the name of Jesus that we can approach God and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved Acts 16:31.
Now, we pray that God will guide you to the job that He has prepared for you, not just a dream job, but a job where you can serve Him and His purposes. We ask for wisdom and discernment, so you may navigate this journey with confidence. Remember the words of Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We also address your concerns about your accent, age, and experiences. Know that God makes no mistakes, and He has equipped you with unique qualities and experiences that will be useful in His service and purpose. As it is written in Psalm 139:14, "I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."
We pray that you will not have doubts or fears about these things, but rather embrace them as part of God's design for you. We pray that you will have confidence in your abilities, not in your own strength, but in the strength and wisdom that God provides. As Philippians 4:13 reminds us, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."
Lastly, we encourage you to seek God's will above your own desires. It is important to remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts Isaiah 55:8-9. Trust that He will lead you to the job that is best for you, even if it is not what you initially envisioned.
Father, we lift up this petition to You, asking for Your guidance, wisdom, and blessing as this person seeks Your will for their career. In the name of Jesus Christ, we claim the job You have prepared for them. We ask that You will remove any doubts and fears, and that You will fill them with confidence and trust in Your plans. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
