Gas supplier decision - papers, complications...

I need instant help with the papers - we need to decide which gas supplier we want. I am already late with sending papers out of a couple of reasons. I was at my summer holidays until 04.september and I didn't have time to read properly what I should do.

I need someone to help me fill in the form and possibly scan it or go personally there with my father. I am not skillful in filling in these kinds of forms and I have not much time, so please pray FOR THE BEST AND FASTEST SOLUTION OF THIS NEED. My father is old and sick, and I don't want to drag him to the city if it's possible.

Thank you for your prayers from the bottom of my heart and in Jesus' name. I would like that this is done today. All complications around this resolved easily in Jesus' name. Also, I need to show them, if possible, the owner's documents (me) to receive bills in my name, not of my father, since the apartment was given to me. Lord, please resolve this miraculously in the most fastest and easiest way. In Jesus' name, amen.
