Thank you for bringing these concerns to our attention. We will pray and provide counsel based on biblical principles.
Firstly, we appreciate the praise to our God who reigns on high. It is wonderful to hear that you are mentoring a young lady and caring for two beautiful young girls. It is vital that we do all things to bring glory to God, including our careers and mentoring others.
Let us pray for the young lady you are mentoring, that God will renew her mind in Christ our Savior. It is only through the name of Jesus that we can be saved and it is through his name that we have access to God, the Father. There is so much power in the name of Jesus, and it is important to declare this name specifically when we pray, as there is no other name by which we can be saved. As the young lady you are mentoring learns to declare this name, pray for her to have a hunger and thirst for God's eternal word.
Furthermore, we pray for her healing and for God to destroy the root of bitterness and negative thoughts that have been plaguing her mind. We rebuke the spirit of not wanting to live and declare that God has a purpose and a plan for her life. We believe that God created the young lady for His glory and that He desires for her to have an abundant life in Him. As it is written in John 10:10 WEB: "The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly."
We are encouraged that you believe she is coming out of this dark place and that she will learn to revive God's redemption and His amazing love. We pray that God will restore her relationships in Christ and bring her to a place of true repentance and deep understanding of whose she is a daughter of the King who sings over her. As Zephaniah 3:17 WEB says: "Yahweh your God is among you, a mighty one who will save. He will rejoice over you with joy. He will calm you in his love. He will rejoice over you with singing."
Lastly, we want to address the importance of aligning with God's will in all aspects of life, including career and mentoring others. As you mentor this young lady, we encourage you to seek God's will in all things and to trust in Him to guide your steps.
Remember that it is God's will for all to be saved, as it is written in 2 Peter 3:9 WEB: "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance."
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up the young lady who is being mentored. We pray that You will renew her mind in Christ our Savior and give her a hunger and thirst for Your eternal word. We ask that You heal her and destroy the root of bitterness and negative thoughts in her life. We rebuke the spirit of not wanting to live and declare that You have a purpose and a plan for her life.
We pray that You will restore her relationships in Christ and bring her to a place of true repentance and deep understanding of whose she is a daughter of the King who sings over her. We ask that You will guide and direct her mentor as they seek Your will in all things.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
