Father, thank you all power in heaven and earth belongs to Jesus, who through suffering, defeated the one who had the power of death, that is, the devil -- effectively abolishing the fear of death and the slavery most of the world has toward that fear. Grant the message of faith in Christ, the entirety of the Gospel of how Christ "emptied Himself" and "took on flesh" and defeated sin, hell and the grave by granting eternal life in Jesus, Heb 2:14-15, Phil 2:5-11. Grant us to "study to show ourselves approved, accurately handling" (studying, living, teaching and preaching) "The Word of Truth," 2 Tim 2:15. Confirm the Word through miracles, gifts, signs and wonders, Rom 15:18-19, 1 Cor 2:4-5, 1 Thes 1:4-5, Thank You for revealing Your Will through Your Word, in Jesus' Name.
"And Jesus came up and spoke to them, saying, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to Me. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to follow all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” Matt 28:18-20.
“Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature," Mark 16:15.
"Now He said to them, 'These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all the things that are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled.' Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures, and He said to them, 'So it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise from the dead on the third day, and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem. You are witnesses of these things. And behold, I am sending the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.' And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them. While He was blessing them, He parted from them and was carried up into heaven. And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy, and were continually in the temple praising God," Luke 24:44-50.
"Again Jesus said to them, “Peace be with you. As the Father has sent Me, so also I am sending you,” John 21:20.
"But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be My witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth,” Acts 1:8.
Finally, brothers and sisters, pray for us, that the Word of The Lord spread rapidly and be honored (glorified), and that we may be protected from evil people... and the evil one" 2 Thes 3:1-3, in Jesus' Name.
