We rejoice with you in this season of expectation, as you are pregnant with quadruplets, three girls and a boy. It is clear that you are seeking God's blessings and intervention in various areas of your life. Let us address your requests, guided by the Word of God.
Firstly, we acknowledge your desire for fruitfulness in your life and family. Children are a heritage from the Lord, and you have been blessed with a precious gift. As it is written in Psalm 127:3-5 WEB, "Behold, children are a heritage of Yahweh. The fruit of the womb is his reward. As arrows in the hand of a mighty man, so are the children of youth. Happy is the man who has his quiver full of them. They won't be disappointed when they speak with their enemies in the gate."
However, we must address the concern you raised about cohabitation. The Bible teaches us to flee from sexual immorality and that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. As it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:18-19 WEB, "Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don't you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own." Cohabitation before marriage often leads to temptation and sin. We encourage you to repent if you have been living in sin, and trust God to provide a way out. We pray that God will guide you and the father of your children into a holy marriage, aligned with His will.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, thanking You for the precious gift of life in the womb of Your child. We pray for a safe and healthy delivery, and for Your blessings upon these quadruplets. We ask for Your forgiveness if there has been any sin of cohabitation, and we pray for Your guidance and provision in this situation.
We also lift up the financial needs, asking for Your breakthrough and deliverance from debts. As it is written in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray for reconciliation in the family, for the restoration of lands, and for enlargement and divine favor in business. We ask that You cause the destiny helpers to remember and favor Your child. We claim Your promises in Isaiah 49:25 WEB, "But thus says Yahweh, 'Even the captives of the mighty shall be taken away, and the prey of the terrible shall be delivered; for I will contend with him who contends with you, and I will save your children.'"
We pray for divine healing upon the face, that You may restore beauty and good health. We ask for Your salvation upon the sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins, that they may know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. As it is written in Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."
