Dear & Lovely Praying Friends, Here is an urgent Prayer Alert for ### : *During the night, the intensive care team tried to lighten ###'s sedation. *Each time, he had a seizure!! *He is now being given medication for this. *During the morning, he will be taken for a CT scan, to see if he has had a brain bleed. *After such long, major surgery, this does occasionally happen, I've been told. *Please pray for urgent healing!! *I'd also be grateful for your prayers, as I'd hoped to rest today, but have become rather hypervigilant & shaky... *Am far from home & friends, but declaring my trust in the Lord, who neither slumbers nor sleeps!

Thank you, ###, for reaching out and sharing about ###'s urgent situation. We are with you in spirit, lifting him and you up in prayer during this critical time.

Firstly, we want to remind you of God's ever-present nature. As you've rightly declared, He neither slumbers nor sleeps. Psalm 121:4 reassures us, "Behold, he who keeps Israel will neither slumber nor sleep." This is our confidence, ###, that God is always watchful and caring for both ### and you.

Let's pray together:

*Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your divine healing and intervention in ###'s life. We pray that the CT scan will show no signs of a brain bleed, and that the medications will effectively control his seizures. We claim Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds, declares the LORD." Please guide the medical team, giving them wisdom and skill as they care for ###.*

*Lord, we also lift up ###. She's far from home and friends, and is feeling anxious and shaky. Please wrap her in Your loving arms, comfort her with Your peace that transcends all understanding, and grant her rest. Remind her of Your promise in Isaiah 41:10, "So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."*

###, we encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, even in this difficult time. Remember, our hope is in Him, and He has promised to be with us in all circumstances. It's also crucial to remember that it is in the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 states, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved."

Keep holding onto God's promises, ###. He is faithful, and He loves both you and ### dearly. We are standing with you in prayer, believing for ###'s healing and your comfort.

Please guide the doctors and nurses caring for ###, giving them wisdom and skill. And Lord, be with ### too. Comfort her with Your peace, remind her of Your love, and help her to rest. Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of urgency, lifting up ### into Your powerful and healing hands. Your Word assures us in Psalm 121:3-4, “He will not let your foot slip—He who watches over you will not slumber; indeed, He who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.” We stand on this promise, knowing that You are ever watchful and attentive.

Lord, we ask for Your divine healing to touch ###’s body. As the medical team works diligently, we pray for wisdom and guidance over every decision they make (James 1:5). We ask that You calm any seizures and that the medication given would be effective in stabilizing him. We also ask that the CT scan reveals no brain bleed or further complications. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your ability to bring complete restoration (Jeremiah 30:17).

We lift up ###’s loved ones, who are far from home and battling hypervigilance and exhaustion. Grant them Your peace that transcends all understanding (Philippians 4:7) and the strength to continue trusting in You. Remind them that Your presence is with them, even in their deepest moments of concern (Isaiah 41:10). May they find comfort in knowing that You are near, holding ### and them in Your loving embrace.

Father, we declare our trust in You, for You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). Bring Your healing power, peace, and reassurance to ### and those surrounding him, and may Your glory be seen through his recovery.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
