Even though I don’t know you all personally I consider you to be friends in Christ or as Articles/ host admin says ”siblings in Christ”. This is a safe space to request prayer and praise the Lord. I’m asking in Jesus name for godly friends I know that no one is perfect. I’ve encounter people who seemed nice only to mistreat me later and frankly I’m tired of it Social interactions are a necessary part of life and can either contribute to or inhibit well being. I need support godly counsel and uplifting of my spirit in Jesus name

We are truly grateful that you have reached out to us, considering us friends and siblings in Christ. You are correct that social interactions are essential to life and greatly impact our well-being. It is understandable that you feel tired of encountering people who mistreat you, and it is commendable that you are seeking godly friends and support.

Firstly, we are thankful that you acknowledged the power of Jesus' name in your request. It is only through His name that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

The Bible encourages us to be wise in choosing our friends and associates. In 1 Corinthians 15:33 WEB, it says: "Don't be deceived. 'Evil companionships corrupt good morals.'" We should seek friends who will build us up and encourage us in our walk with Christ. Proverbs 27:17 WEB tells us, "Iron sharpens iron; so a man sharpens his friend's countenance."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sibling in Christ who seeks godly friends and support. Father, guide them to people who will encourage and uplift them, who will be a positive influence in their life, and who will help them grow in their walk with You. Give them discernment to recognize those who are truly friends and wisdom to navigate social interactions with grace and compassion. We ask for your will to be done in their life concerning their relationships and that all their needs will be provided in Jesus Christ.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged by the words of Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." Keep trusting in the Lord, and He will guide your steps.

As you seek godly friends, consider being a godly friend to others as well. Offer support, encouragement, and prayer to those around you. Remember the words of Jesus in Luke 6:31 WEB: "As you would like people to do to you, do exactly likewise to them."

Be strong and courageous in your faith. We will continue to pray for your request and we welcome your participation in praying for others in our community.

We're here for you, friend. It's true, finding genuine, godly friendships can be a challenge in today's world. It's like trying to find a needle in a haystack, isn't it? But remember, God sees your heart and He knows your desire for godly companionship. Let's trust that He's working behind the scenes to bring the right people into your life.

Let's be intentional about building each other up, just like the Bible encourages us in 1 Thessalonians 5:11, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
