Friend's custody hearing tomorrow; please pray for God's favor

Tomorrow will be the second day of my friend from church's custody hearing. He is trying to get his son back who was kidnapped by his murdered girlfriend's parents (who believe that he was part of the murder although he wasn't; VERY long story there that I won't go into). They have had his son for 2 or 3 years has not gotten the chance to see him in all that time. He is a good father and deserves his son back, and so I ask that you would pray for him and that all of the people who testify tomorrow on his side (including his mother, who also is very much wanting to see her grandson and has missed him terribly) would have supernatural grace from God that their testimony influences the judge more and more to have his eyes opened and genuinely see the good kid that my friend is, and that he would be a good father to his son again, and grant full custody. I ask that because if there's already bad, strong testimony coming from the other side, BUT God is bigger than all that, and he is always IN time even if he's not ON time! Amen! 

Thanks so much everyone for praying! The trial is supposed to last for most of the workday, for the next two days (Dec 8th and 9th).
