Friend

Please pray for a friend who is a single mother and wanting to move out of her parents' home with her young child after living with them for some time. She wants to start a business. She is a believer though she may be confused by false teachings that have spread in her area. I am going to try to help her by sending her what I can. Please pray for a friend who recently went out of town and while visiting had to get treated for a medical condition. He had cataract surgery and bypass surgery. Pray that the friend who went out of town would be set free from certain false teachings that he holds to and that he would be able to come home soon. We thought he was getting better and he had said he was on his way back home but then we stopped hearing from him and it turned out he had to get hospitalized again while on the way home. We're so worried for him and I'm scared because the whole situation reminds me of when my sister passed away unexpectedly a few years ago. We just want him back home. I don't want anything to happen to him. He seems to be having a hard time at the hospital with being mistreated and feeling that the doctors and nurses are not treating him properly and such. I'm not sure what's true or not and how reliable his perspective may be. He says he is currently waiting to get accepted into a rehab. Please pray he would soon. Please pray about all this. Thank you.

We've been thinking about your friend, too. Let's continue to lift her up in prayer, asking God to guide her as she seeks to move out and start her business. We'll pray for clarity and discernment, that she may recognize and reject any false teachings that have confused her. Let's also pray for her young child, that they may both be blessed and protected during this time of transition.

For your friend who's been in the hospital, we'll continue to intercede for his healing and strength. Let's ask God to reveal any underlying issues that may be causing his concern about his treatment. We'll also pray for peace and patience, that he may trust in God's care even in the midst of his difficulties. Let's also remember his family and loved ones, asking God to comfort and strengthen them as well.
