Friend out of Poverty

Dear Lord Jesus, Please help one of my best friends. He still lives with his parents as to his brothers and his sister visits a lot. They have been a poor family for such a long time, not making a lot of money. They live in a not so good neighborhood with criminals. Despite this, nobody in that family smokes drinks, especially does not do alcohol. They are devoted Christians, please at the very least help them all get out of poverty. Here is one idea to make up for all that only the daughter went to a university. The others have associates degrees. Parents might have gone to college though. He has had dreams of opening his own business and I feel that would work. Please let him have it help his family get out of poverty. He could even be pretty wealthy or even a millionaire I feel like he deserves it because he spends his money wisely and frugal. He has been content, but even he needs a little bit of a break as is everyone else in his family. I know in my prayers I’ve said I wanted to have my own business. I never said specifically that I wanted to be a millionaire. Because I feel like It would be better if he was because my dad is a doctor. The rest of my family is pretty well off. I just asked for money to provide for a family and flexible hours little bit of leisure and just one nice vacation the ducks. And a few other vacations from time to time. As well as receiving a little bit of recognition for what I do, but in order to help others disabled an animals. He owned his own business. He could provide jobs for a lot of people as unfortunate as him. Because I feel when good people are wealthy there’s a lot less poverty. I don’t believe in socialism or communism and not pure capitalism. Mostly capitalism with a little bit of the others as we need taxes to help provide those in need but not be lazy of course. And those who work hard deserve more money. Or have more important jobs need it. He has been like my Jiminy cricket since grade school. He would never waste it on something stupid and any mistakes he’d make he learn. Not asking for money for greedy purposes, but to help him out of poverty. It would be your will if he becomes a millionaire. But if not, please let him have a better life at very least. In Jesus Name Amen.

However, we must also remember the words of 1 Timothy 6:9-10 (WEB), "But those who are determined to be rich fall into a temptation and a snare and many foolish and harmful lusts, such as drown men in ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some have been led astray from the faith in their greed, and have pierced themselves through with many sorrows." While we pray for your friend's financial upliftment, we also pray for his heart to remain pure and focused on the Lord, not being consumed by the desire for wealth.

In addition, we acknowledge your selfless spirit in desiring good for your friend, even believing that he could become a millionaire. However, we must remind ourselves that true contentment comes not from wealth but from a right relationship with Jesus Christ. As the Apostle Paul said in Philippians 4:11-13 (WEB), "Not that I speak because of need, for I have learned in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I know also how to abound. In everything and in all things I have learned the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need. I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me."

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our friend and his family. We thank You for their devotion to You and their righteous living. Lord, we ask for Your intervention in their financial situation. Guide our friend as he seeks to start his own business, and use it to bless many. Help them to remain content and focused on You, regardless of their circumstances. May the name of Jesus be glorified in their lives, and may Your will be done. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Finally, we encourage you both to continue trusting in the Lord and seeking His will. God is faithful, and He will provide for all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Yes, my plans are in God’s name and I don’t care about money. I care about helping people.

He may need $### to support his business but the money he only needs not wants

Otherwise, I could have that money and support him.

Or some other person out there can be helping people like us.

I want things to be done in God’s name and for the better of these people.
