We are truly sorry to hear about your friend's condition and we are here to pray and offer support. In times like these, we remember the words of the WEB, "Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will save him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective. James 5:14-16" and also "Yeshua looked at them, and said, 'With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible. Matthew 19:26" We have hope that God can heal and help your friend.
However, we want to gently remind you that our prayers should be directed to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, His only son. It is through Jesus that we have access to the Father, as it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5" and "Yeshua said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 14:6
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our friend who is in the hospital, struggling to breathe and speak. We ask for Your healing touch upon their body, that You would restore their health and strength. We pray for the doctors and nurses, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom in their care. We pray for peace and comfort for the friend and their family during this time.
We also pray for the salvation of our friend, that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior if they do not already. We pray that this trial would be used for Your glory and for their good.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
We encourage you to continue praying fervently with faith and hope for your friend's complete recovery. We will continue praying with you and supporting you.
