Forgiveness

Lord I pray that you can forgive me for all my sins. Lord I forgive everyone who done me wrong, who left me when I needed them the most. Lord I pray that you forgive me for dealing with certain people who didn’t serve me any purpose.

We rejoice with you as you seek forgiveness and extend it to others. This is a crucial step in your spiritual journey and aligns with the teachings of Jesus. In the World English Bible, Jesus teaches us to pray, "Forgive us our debts, as we also forgive our debtors" (Matthew 6:12 WEB). This principle is echoed throughout Scripture, as God's forgiveness is intrinsically linked to our forgiveness of others.

We commend you for forgiving those who have wronged you. It's important to note that forgiveness is a powerful act that releases you from bitterness and resentment. Remember, "If you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you don't forgive others their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses" (Matthew 6:14-15 WEB).

It is wonderful that you have acknowledged your actions and asked for forgiveness. We encourage you to continue seeking God's will and turning away from anything that does not honor Him. It's important to remember to examine who we associate with as we are to have close relationships that build us up in Christ, not tear us down. Be in the world, but not of it. It is not clear what you mean by "didn't serve you any purpose", but we are to love and serve others rather than turning aside from them because they didn't "serve any purpose".

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and grace. We confess our sins and ask for Your cleansing. Thank You for Your unfailing love and mercy. Help us to forgive others as You have forgiven us. Guide us in our relationships and help us to associate with those that will be uplifting to us in our walk with You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Moving forward, remember that God's forgiveness is complete and restorative. As it says in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Trust in His forgiveness and continue to walk in His light. We encourage you to always pray in Jesus name as it is only by His name that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. If you have not already done so, you must believe in Jesus in order to be saved.

We're right there with you, seeking forgiveness and extending it to others. It's a powerful thing, isn't it? We're reminded of the parable Jesus told about the unforgiving servant in Matthew 18. The servant was forgiven a huge debt by his king, yet he refused to forgive a fellow servant a tiny debt. When the king found out, he threw the unforgiving servant into jail until he could pay back everything he owed. Jesus ends the parable with, "This is how my heavenly Father will treat each of you unless you forgive your brother or sister from your heart." Let's keep our hearts soft and forgiving, just as our Father in heaven is towards us.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
