Praying in Jesus Name. Amen.
We understand that you are seeking forgiveness for something you saw that you know is wrong. First, we want to remind you that there is no sin too great that God cannot forgive. The Bible tells us, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
However, it's important to note that the very first step in seeking forgiveness is recognizing and acknowledging that we have sinned against God. It is clear that you recognize this, which is evidence of the Holy Spirit working in your life. We need to come to Him with a humble heart, asking for His forgiveness. It is only by the name Jesus Christ that we have access to God. This is fundamental to Christianity. As we are told, "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace" (Ephesians 1:7 WEB).

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, humbly asking for forgiveness for our brother/sister. They have seen something they know is wrong, and they are truly sorry. We ask that You cleanse them from this sin and help them to fix their eyes on You, Jesus. Give them the strength to resist temptation and to live a life that is pleasing to You. We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, who gave His life so that we might be forgiven and have eternal life.
We also pray that You will fill them, Lord, with Your Holy Spirit. Your spirit will guide them in all truth. We pray that You would help them to live a life that is pleasing to You, resisting the temptations of the world. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Moving forward, strive to live a life that is pleasing to God. Avoid situations that may lead you to sin. Remember, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it" (1 Corinthians 10:13 WEB). If your request was about seeing pornography or something similar, please cut off the source of this temptation. You should do this immediately.
Stay strong and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus. Do not forget to spend time in prayer and reading His Word. This will forge a deep and eternal connection to the one and only savior, Jesus Christ.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Please pray for me, I started on this path to leave sin behind, and truly follow the Lord, well I made a bad decision last night and committed the sin again, please pray that God will forgive me, and give me another chance and repentance, and I will get back on track. In Jesus name amen.
