We understand that you are seeking forgiveness for something you have seen. First, we want to ensure that you know the basis of forgiveness. It is only through Jesus Christ that we can be forgiven. There is no other name by which we can be saved and have a relationship with God. We are to repent, believe the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and confess his name.
Acts 4:12 - Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
Joel 2:32 - It will come to pass, that whoever will call on the name of Yahweh shall be delivered; for in Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be those who escape, as Yahweh has said, and among the remnant, those whom Yahweh calls.
If you have not yet, repent and confess Jesus as your Lord and savior to be saved. You should also be in continual repentance to Jesus to be forgiven and maintain a right relationship with God. Your request has a hint of remorse for a possible failure to maintain purity in what you have seen and this could be a gateway to sin. Be careful little eyes what you see.
Psalms 101:3 - I will set no unclean thing before my eyes. I hate the deeds of faithless men. Nothing of theirs will stay with me.
Matthew 5:28 - But I tell you, that everyone who looks at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart.
It is important to guard your heart and mind by being careful about what you expose yourself to. Seek purity and holiness in all aspects of your life.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who has been exposed to something they wish they hadn't seen. We pray for their forgiveness as they repent and turn to you. Help them to fix their eyes on you and to walk in purity and holiness. Guard their heart and mind, and give them the strength to resist temptation. We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of Psalm 51:7 - Purify me with hyssop, and I will be clean. Wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
