Forgiveness

I have been searching ways to forgive. To say it is one thing but to really mean it is another. It is so hard for me right now. I feel upset and sad. I thought after I talked and saw he was sorry I could forgive but it isnt doing anything. In fact its getting worse.  I have to find my mind because I feel like I cant control what I want to say right now. God forgive me because I am having a hard time forgiving.

Dear one , it is nearly impossible to forgive someone who has wronged us without Jesus , we need to ask Him to love them through us , and we can only do this with the help of the Lord . The Lord takes unforgiveness very seriously , He tells us that if we do not forgive others , then He will not forgive us . Just ask Him to help you let this all go and heal the hurt in your life .
