Forgiveness of sins.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with humble hearts, seeking Your mercy and forgiveness. Your Word reminds us in 1 John 1:9, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." We stand on this promise today, Lord, knowing that Your grace is sufficient for us.

Lord, we ask that You forgive the sins of ###. Cleanse this heart, mind, and soul, and make them new in Your sight. Help ### to walk in the light, as You are in the light, and have fellowship with one another, as mentioned in 1 John 1:7.

Thank You, Jesus, for Your sacrifice on the cross that makes this forgiveness possible. We are grateful for the love and mercy that You continually show us. Help ### to feel the peace that comes from being forgiven and to extend that same forgiveness to others.
