“Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.” – Matthew 7:7 (NIV)
Heavenly Father,
I come to You, humbly but boldly, standing on Your Word.
You said that if I ask, it will be given to me.
So I’m asking now for supernatural power to forgive.
Lord, I need You to break every chain of bitterness, resentment, and pain I’ve carried.
I choose—by Your strength and not my own—to forgive everyone who has hurt me, rejected me, and wounded my heart, including ###.
I forgive those who didn’t know the depth of their damage,
and even those who did.
Help me, Lord, to forgive myself—
for the things I did in pain,
for the moments I wasn’t who I wanted to be,
and for the ways I’ve judged or condemned my own heart.
You said in 1 John 1:9 that if I confess, You are faithful to forgive and purify me.
So who am I to withhold what You’ve already released?
I ask You now for supernatural love and acceptance for the woman You made me to be.
Help me to see myself the way You see me:
Chosen. Worthy. Loved.
Fearfully and wonderfully made. (Psalm 139:14)
No longer striving for approval—just standing in grace. (Romans 5:1)
Lord, restore my identity.
Let me walk in the fullness of my value, not based on others’ treatment or rejection, but in the truth that I am Your daughter.
“The Spirit Himself testifies with my spirit that I am Your child.” (Romans 8:16)
I ask You, Abba, to give me a heart that mirrors Yours:
A heart that forgives freely,
Loves deeply,
And heals completely.
Let me walk forward from this moment,
Not in my strength,
But in Yours alone.
In Jesus' name I pray,
Amen.
