God I ask you to forgive me for my sins. I have no way of knowing all the sins I have committed. I pray that you will forgive me I ask in the name of Jesus Christ that you will forgive me for I know not I may have done. I come to you God in the name of Jesus with complete humility I humble myself to God almighty. Forgive me for the sins I have committed and help me to avoid sin in my life that I may live in a more Christ-like way. We join you in humble petition before God Almighty, seeking His forgiveness and grace.
