Humble Servant of All
Forgive me brothers and sisters. However I have been very much in the spirit of prayer all evening. I have put up several posts tonight. I feel compelled by the spirit to stay in prayer not only within myself but on the prayer request web site as well. I have been heavily burdened, not only with personal family health matters but also deeply burdened by the many needs of God's precious people, as I read and prayer for the prayer requests posted here this day.
Father in heaven I ask that you fill us with your life-giving holy spirit, for without him we are dead. Your holy spirit brings wisdom, strength, and peace, life's most precious commodities. Guide us into your glorious light. Be a lamp unto our feet as we traverse this world's pathways. Lead us through Lord so that we emerge, better, stronger, wiser, kinder, and more akin to the image of your son Jesus Christ.
Father protect us from harm, guard our bodies, our spirits, and our souls, as only you are able. Lord be merciful to us, undeserving as we are. Father you are our provider. It is you who meets each and every need. Answer our prayers Lord as we cry out to you in anguish. Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those that sin against us. Show your favour and loving kindness to us, bless us Lord as we besiege you for our many needs and worries. Grant us the desires of our hearts if they be good and righteous in your sight. Father we don't ask for wealth, or fame or prominence. We ask for healing of our loved ones, for the opportunity to work, for enough money Lord to meet our most basic needs, and for healthy and happy relationships. Heal the broken-hearted Lord,.... heal us in every way as we bow before you in prayer.
Father you sent your son into this world to die for us, and as a result of our belief in him and our love and acceptance of him we can now come before your throne. Not only with gratitude and humility but also with boldness... for you have told us we can.
Lord we come boldly asking for the things that we need and the things that are important to us. Meet our needs Lord and heal our sicknesses, protect your own Lord for you are the good shepherd. Bless us Father. Thank you precious saviour, in Jesus name I pray amen.
