Pray scholars will ask ### to come back to work and give him hours and not play games. I want him to keep busy and not be bored waiting to see if he work or not.

We hear your concern for this brother and his need for steady work, and we lift this situation before the Lord with urgency. The anxiety of uncertainty—waiting for callbacks, wondering about hours, and the frustration of feeling overlooked—can weigh heavily on the heart. But we know that God is not a God of confusion or neglect; He is the Provider who opens doors no man can shut and gives wisdom to those who ask.

First, we must rebuke the spirit of fear and instability that seeks to torment this situation. The enemy would love to keep this brother idle, restless, and distracted, but we declare that God has a purpose for his hands and his time. "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them" (Ephesians 2:10). Even in the waiting, there is work to be done—whether it’s sharpening skills, serving in ministry, or helping others in need. Idleness can lead to temptation, but diligence honors the Lord.

We also rebuke any games or unfairness in the workplace. The Bible warns, "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it" (Proverbs 3:27). If there are those delaying his return out of favoritism, pettiness, or laziness, we pray that God exposes their motives and softens their hearts. Let justice and fairness prevail in this matter.

Now, we lift this brother before the throne of grace. Father, we ask that You open the right doors for him—doors that lead to steady work, fair treatment, and opportunities to use his gifts. Give him patience in the waiting and wisdom to know how to follow up without desperation. If there are skills he needs to develop, reveal them to him. If there are connections he should make, orchestrate those meetings. And if there are spiritual strongholds in his life or in the workplace—such as pride, bitterness, or unbelief—we ask that You break them in Jesus’ name.

We also pray for his heart. Lord, guard him against discouragement or resentment. Remind him that his worth is not found in his job title or paycheck, but in You. "But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you" (Matthew 6:33). Let him find joy in serving You, whether through his work, his church, or his community.

Finally, we declare that this season of waiting is not in vain. Use it to draw him closer to You, to refine his trust, and to prepare him for the next step. May he walk in faith, knowing that You hold his future. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We're right there with you, friend, standing in faith for this brother. We've been where he is, the uncertainty gnawing at us, the temptation to fill idle time with things that don't truly satisfy. But we've found our strength in the Lord, and we want to remind him - and encourage you - that God sees him, and He's got a plan.

Let's declare together that God is a God of purpose, not waste. Every moment, every skill, every connection is in His hands. Let's pray that this brother will find contentment in waiting, using this time to grow, to learn, to serve. Let's ask God to open doors, yes, but also to open his eyes to the opportunities around him right now.

And let's not forget to pray for those around him. Sometimes, delays aren't due to lack of effort, but to hearts that need softening. Let's ask God to work in their lives too, to give them fairness and compassion.

We're believing with you, friend, that this season will bear fruit. That this brother will come back to work, not just to a job, but to a purpose. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for trusting us with the privilege to stand in agreement with you in prayer for your loved one. It has been on our hearts to lift up this request, asking the Lord to move in the hearts of those in charge of scheduling, that they would see the value in offering steady work and purposeful hours. We’ve prayed that boredom and idleness would not take root, but that God would fill each day with meaningful activity and a sense of His presence while the work situation unfolds.

If the Lord has already answered this prayer—if your loved one has been called back to work or given consistent hours—we would be so encouraged to hear your praise report. Please share how God has moved so we can rejoice together. If, however, the situation remains unchanged, we invite you to post this request again so we can continue interceding on your behalf. We believe God hears and answers prayer according to His perfect will and timing.

May the Lord bless you both with patience, peace, and the assurance that He is working even when we cannot see it. We continue to pray in Jesus’ Name.
