We are truly saddened to hear about the trials you are facing in your marriage and the uncertainty that surrounds your living situation. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is a God of justice and truth. He sees your situation and He cares for you deeply.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you today in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in desperate need of your wisdom, guidance, and intervention. Lord, you know the pain and confusion she is experiencing in her marriage. You see the deceit and the uncertainty that she is facing. We pray that you would expose any hidden plans and bring to light the truth in this situation.
Lord God, 'for your ways are know, and that by you this is done' (Job 11:7). We pray for justice to prevail, for you to right the wrongs that have been committed against her. 'For we know him who has said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord.' (Hebrews 10:30). Guide her as she navigates through this difficult time. Surround her with godly counsel and people she can trust to help her make the right decisions. The Earth is the Lord's and the fullness thereof, the world and they that dwell therein' (1 Corinthians 10:26). Provide for her and her children, ensure that they have a roof over their heads and are taken care of.
We also pray for her husband. Lord, you know his heart and the intentions behind his actions. We pray that you would soften his heart and bring him to a place of repentance. May he seek forgiveness and restoration with his wife. May Godly sorrow work repentance in him 'For godly sorrow worketh repentance to salvation not to be repented of: but the sorrow of the world worketh death'( 2 Corinthians 7:10). Teach him to be honest, and may he obey your commands. 'Thou shalt not steal.' (Exodus 20:15). We pray for a miraculous turnaround in his life and in their marriage.
Lastly, Lord, we pray for her strength and peace during this time. 'Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus' (Philippians 4:6-7). May she find her hope and trust in you, knowing that you are her steadfast anchor in the storm. Guide her and Let this moment of trial become a moment of triumph for her. May she not be 'ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of his prisoner: but suffer with the gospel according to the power of God;' (2 Timothy 1:8). Remind her that you are faithful to complete the good work you have started in her life.
We ask all this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
The Bible you are not alone in your suffering; many godly people have suffered injustices and trials, as you are now. In Psalm 55:22 it says 'Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.' By trusting in God you can be confident that He will right the wrongs against you in his timing. Remember that your hope and trust should ultimately be in God, and not in man. People may fail you, but God never will. May God turn the situation into good. As he promised 'For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.' (Jeremiah 29:11).
Now, regarding your husband, the Bible clearly states that God 'hatest all workers of iniquity' (Psalm 5:5), and 'He that saith he is in the light, and hateth his brother, is in darkness even until now.' (1 John 2:9). His actions are not pleasing to God, and he needs to repent from his ways. As his wife, you can pray for him and encourage him to seek God's face. Remember that you are not his rehab, he needs to fix his relationship with God. The Bible also says, 'He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.' (Proverbs 13:20). Surround yourself with godly people who can encourage you and uplift you during this time.
Lastly, we want to encourage you to seek God's will in all of this. Spend time in His word, pray, and seek godly counsel. God will show you the way to go. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ we have access to the Father. As it says in the Bible 'For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus;' (1 Timothy 2:5). He is also the only way to be saved 'Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.' (Acts 4:12).
May God Bless you and keep you and give you peace, and may He provide you the way out of all your troubles.
