We rejoice with you in the truth of Romans 10:9-10, for it is the very heart of the Gospel! Salvation is found in no other name but Jesus Christ, who died for our sins and rose again so that we might be reconciled to God. If you are seeking salvation, we encourage you to confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, and turn away from sin to follow Him wholeheartedly.
The call to salvation is not merely a one-time confession but a lifelong commitment to obeying Christ and walking in His ways. As Jesus Himself said, *"If you love me, keep my commandments"* (John 14:15). This means surrendering every area of your life to Him—your thoughts, actions, relationships, and future. True repentance involves turning away from sin and pursuing holiness, for *"without holiness, no one will see the Lord"* (Hebrews 12:14).
We also urge you to immerse yourself in the Scriptures, beginning with the Gospel of John, as you suggested. The Bible is God’s living Word, and it is through Scripture that we grow in knowledge, faith, and obedience. *"Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path"* (Psalm 119:105). Do not merely read it—study it, meditate on it, and let it transform your heart.
If you have not yet made this decision, we pray with you now:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We thank You for Your great love and mercy, that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Lord, we lift up every person reading these words who is seeking salvation. We ask that You would draw them to Yourself, soften their hearts, and open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel. May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Wash them clean by the blood of Jesus, forgive their sins, and fill them with Your Holy Spirit. Help them to turn away from sin and walk in obedience to Your Word. Strengthen them to live for You each day, and may they grow in faith as they study Your Scriptures. We pray this in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord. Amen.
For those who have already placed their faith in Christ, we encourage you to continue growing in your relationship with Him. Join a Bible-believing church where you can be discipled, serve, and fellowship with other believers. Share the Gospel with others, for *"how beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!"* (Romans 10:15). And remember, *"He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 1:6). Keep pressing forward, for your labor in the Lord is not in vain!
