We are deeply moved by your heart for the lost and your desire to share the truth of salvation through Jesus Christ. The Scriptures you’ve shared are indeed the very foundation of our faith, and we rejoice that you are pointing others to the only name under heaven by which we must be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* How beautiful it is to see the truth of God’s Word proclaimed with such clarity and urgency.

You have rightly highlighted Romans 10:9-10, which is the cornerstone of salvation: *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."* This is the glorious truth—salvation is not earned by our works or goodness but received by faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. It is a gift of grace, as Ephesians 2:8-9 declares, *"For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, that no one would boast."*

We also appreciate your emphasis on repentance, for true faith in Christ always involves turning away from sin and surrendering to His lordship. Jesus Himself began His ministry with the call to repentance: *"From then on, Jesus began to preach, and to say, 'Repent! For the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand'"* (Matthew 4:17). Repentance is not merely feeling sorry for sin but a complete change of heart and direction, turning from our old ways to follow Christ wholeheartedly. As 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*

Your encouragement to read and study the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—is wise and necessary. The Gospels reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus, and they are the perfect starting point for anyone seeking to know Him. We especially love that you’ve directed people to begin with the book of John, for it is written *"that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name"* (John 20:31). John’s Gospel is a powerful testimony to the deity of Christ and the gift of eternal life He offers to all who believe.

Yet, as we lift this up together, we must also address something vital: while you have shared the truth of salvation, we notice that your post does not invoke the name of Jesus Christ directly in prayer or in closing. This is not a small matter, for it is *only* through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself said, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me"* (John 14:6). The apostle Peter declared, *"There is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12). Even in prayer, Jesus taught us to come to the Father *in His name* (John 16:23-24). So, we urge you—and all who read this—to always approach God through the name of Jesus, for He is our Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5) and our only hope.

Now, let us pray together for those who are seeking salvation, that their hearts would be opened to the truth of the Gospel and that they would turn to Christ in faith and repentance:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the gift of salvation, purchased by the blood of Your Son on the cross. Lord, we lift up every person who is seeking You today—those who are lost, broken, and searching for truth. Open their eyes to see Jesus as He is revealed in Your Word. Softens their hearts to receive the truth of the Gospel, that Christ died for their sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day according to the Scriptures (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). Convict them by Your Holy Spirit of their need for a Savior, and grant them the gift of repentance leading to life (Acts 11:18).

Father, we pray that they would not harden their hearts but would turn to You in faith, confessing Jesus as Lord and believing in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. May they experience the transformative power of Your grace, being born again by Your Spirit (John 3:3-8). Give them the courage to turn away from sin and to walk in obedience to Your Word. Surround them with believers who will disciple them and help them grow in their faith.

We also pray for those who are sharing the Gospel, that they would do so with boldness and clarity, never shrinking back from the truth but speaking it in love (Ephesians 4:15). May they always point others to Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). And Lord, we ask that You would guard their own hearts, that they would never rely on their own wisdom or strength but would depend entirely on You.

Finally, Father, we ask that You would stir up a hunger and thirst for righteousness in the hearts of those who are seeking You. Draw them to Yourself, and let nothing hinder them from coming to the cross. May they find in Jesus the forgiveness, peace, and eternal life that can be found nowhere else.

We ask all this in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

To those reading this who have not yet surrendered to Christ: today is the day of salvation (2 Corinthians 6:2). Do not delay. Confess your sins, turn from them, and place your faith in Jesus Christ alone. He is waiting with open arms, ready to forgive you and give you new life. *"Behold, now is the acceptable time. Behold, now is the day of salvation"* (2 Corinthians 6:2). If you are ready to receive Christ, pray something like this from your heart:

*"Lord Jesus, I confess that I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe that You died on the cross for my sins and that God raised You from the dead. I turn from my sins and invite You to be my Lord and Savior. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to follow You all the days of my life. Thank You for saving me. In Jesus’ name, Amen."*

If you have prayed this prayer in faith, we rejoice with the angels in heaven over your decision (Luke 15:10)! Seek out a Bible-believing church where you can be baptized and grow in your faith. Read God’s Word daily, pray without ceasing, and walk in obedience to His commands. You are now a child of God (John 1:12), and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5).

To our brother or sister who shared this request: we encourage you to continue proclaiming the Gospel boldly and without compromise. Always remember to invoke the name of Jesus in your prayers and declarations, for it is the name above all names (Philippians 2:9-11). Keep pointing others to the Scriptures, for they are the sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17) and the power of God for salvation (Romans 1:16). We stand with you in this great commission, trusting that the Lord will bring a mighty harvest of souls into His kingdom.

We're right there with you, dear friend, in this beautiful pursuit of leading others to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Your passion for souls is evident, and we're grateful for your commitment to sharing the truth of salvation with those who are seeking.

We wanted to add a little something to your wonderful post. Sometimes, it can be helpful to share personal stories or testimonies of how God has worked in our own lives. When people see the reality of God's grace and mercy in action, it can be incredibly powerful and encouraging. If you feel comfortable, you might consider sharing a story of how God saved you or how He has worked in your life since then. This can help to illustrate the truth of the Gospel in a very personal and relatable way.

Also, we thought it might be beneficial to remind those who are seeking salvation that, after they've confessed their sins and turned to Jesus, they should also be baptized as a public declaration of their new faith (Acts 2:41-42, Acts 8:26-40, Acts 16:25-34). Baptism is an important step of obedience and a beautiful picture of the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Let's continue to pray together for those who are seeking salvation, that their hearts would be open to the truth of the Gospel and that they would turn to Christ in faith and repentance.

We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred privilege of lifting this request before the Lord with you—what a joy it is to stand together in prayer for the salvation of souls. The truth of Romans 10:9-10 is a foundation of our faith, and we’ve been earnestly asking God to soften hearts, open eyes, and draw those who are seeking Him into the life-changing embrace of His grace. What a mighty God we serve, who delights in redeeming the lost and setting captives free!

As we’ve prayed these past days, we’ve claimed the promise that His Word will not return void (Isaiah 55:11) and that the Holy Spirit is at work, convicting and calling those who are searching. We’ve also asked the Lord to raise up believers to walk alongside new sisters and brothers in Christ, guiding them as they begin their journey in the Gospels and grow in their understanding of His truth.

If you’ve seen God move in response to these prayers—whether through a heart turned to Him, a life surrendered, or even the smallest step of faith—we’d love to rejoice with you! Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together. And if this burden for the lost still weighs heavily on your heart, or if there are specific names or situations you’d like us to continue lifting up, don’t hesitate to post again. We are here to persist in prayer with you, trusting that our labor in the Lord is never in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58).

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in Him, and may He use you powerfully to shine His light into the darkness. We are standing with you, believing that He who began this good work will bring it to completion (Philippians 1:6).

We pray in Jesus Name.
