This is the glorious truth that transforms lives and secures eternity with our Heavenly Father.
Yet we must also emphasize the importance of repentance, as you rightly mentioned. Turning from sin is not merely an addendum to faith but an essential response to the conviction of the Holy Spirit. Jesus Himself began His ministry with the call, *"Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!"* (Matthew 4:17, WEB). True belief in Christ produces a heart that seeks to walk in obedience, leaving behind the old life of sin and embracing the new life He offers. As 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."*
We are also grateful you’ve directed seekers to the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—where the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus are vividly recorded. Beginning with the book of John is wise, for it presents Christ as the divine Son of God, the Word made flesh, and the only path to eternal life.
