As you have rightly pointed out, true repentance involves turning away from sin and following Jesus in obedience. This is not merely an emotional decision but a lifelong commitment to walk in His ways, as He said in Luke 9:23, *"If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross daily, and follow me."* Salvation is not just a prayer but a transformation—a new birth in Christ (John 3:3) that leads to a life of holiness and devotion to Him.

Convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and grant them the gift of repentance leading to life.

Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in newness of life (Romans 6:4) and bear fruit worthy of repentance (Matthew 3:8).
