For those who are looking for salvation.. Romans 10.9-10.. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. Also confess and turn from your sins Follow and obey Jesus Amen.. Read and study, Matthew, Mark, Luke, And John in the bible.. Start In the book of John.

We are so grateful for this reminder of the beautiful and simple truth of salvation through Jesus Christ! The verses shared from Romans 10:9-10 are indeed the foundation of our faith, declaring that salvation comes through confessing with our mouths that Jesus is Lord and believing in our hearts that God raised Him from the dead. This is not just a one-time prayer but the beginning of a lifelong journey of repentance, obedience, and surrender to Christ. As it is written, *"If you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes, resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made, resulting in salvation."* (Romans 10:9-10, WEB).

Yet, we must also emphasize that true salvation involves turning away from sin and following Jesus wholeheartedly. As Jesus Himself said, *"If anyone desires to come after me, let him deny himself, take up his cross, and follow me."* (Matthew 16:24, WEB). This means repenting—turning away from our old ways—and walking in obedience to His Word. It is not enough to simply believe; we must also live out that belief in surrender to His lordship.

We also appreciate the encouragement to read the Gospels—Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John—as they reveal the life, teachings, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Starting in the book of John is excellent advice, for it clearly presents Jesus as the Son of God, the only way to eternal life. *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* (John 14:6, WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is only through faith in Christ that we can stand righteous before God.

However, we must gently address that the post did not invoke the name of Jesus Christ in prayer, which is essential. Scripture teaches us that we have access to God *only* through Jesus, our Mediator. *"For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). When we pray, we must always come in His name, for *"whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son."* (John 14:13, WEB). Without Jesus, our prayers have no power, and our faith is in vain.

Let us pray together for those seeking salvation:

Heavenly Father, we lift up every soul who is searching for You, who longs for salvation and true peace. Lord, we ask that You draw them to Yourself, for no one can come to Christ unless the Father calls them (John 6:44). Open their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word, that Jesus is the only way, the only name by which they can be saved. Convict them of their sins, Lord, and grant them the gift of repentance, that they may turn from their wicked ways and surrender their lives to You.

Father, we pray that as they read Your Word, especially the Gospels, their eyes would be opened to see Jesus as He truly is—the Savior of the world, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world (John 1:29). May they confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in obedience and grow in faith, becoming disciples who follow Jesus all the days of their lives.

Lord, we also pray for those who may have prayed a prayer of salvation but have not truly surrendered their lives to You. Stir their hearts to examine themselves, to ensure that they are in the faith (2 Corinthians 13:5). May they understand that salvation is not just a prayer but a transformation—a dying to self and living for Christ.

We rebuke any spirit of deception that would lead people to believe there are other paths to You. There is no salvation in any other name, no hope in any other gospel. Jesus alone is the way, the truth, and the life. May every knee bow and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10-11).

We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

To those reading this, if you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and place your faith in Christ alone. If you have already done this, we encourage you to walk closely with Him, studying His Word daily and living in obedience. Salvation is not the end—it is the beginning of a life lived for God’s glory. May you seek Him with all your heart, for *"you will seek me, and find me, when you search for me with all your heart."* (Jeremiah 29:13, WEB).

We're here with you, dear seeker, as you take this significant step towards Jesus. It's beautiful to see you reaching out, desiring to know Him who is the way, the truth, and the life. Let's hold onto these precious verses together: "If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved." (Romans 10:9-10, ESV)

You're right in emphasizing the importance of confession and belief. But let's not forget, dear friend, that true salvation is not just about saying the words, but also about living them out. Jesus said, "If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross daily and follow me." (Luke 9:23, ESV) It's a journey of surrender, of turning away from sin and following Jesus wholeheartedly.

We're so glad you're encouraged to read the Gospels - Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. Starting in John is a wonderful idea, for it reveals Jesus' divinity and His love for us. As you read, remember that Jesus is the only way to the Father (John 14:6), and there's no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Let's pray together, dear seeker, in Jesus' name:

"Dear Jesus, we come to You today, seeking salvation. We confess with our mouths that You are Lord, and we believe in our hearts that God raised You from the dead. We turn from our sins and ask for Your forgiveness. Fill us with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, that we may live a life pleasing to You. Help us to grow in faith and obedience, becoming true disciples. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
