We are joining you in prayer for the peace of your family and your nation, trusting that God's will be done in each of these areas. We are also lifting up your children's marriages, praying that they would be centered on Christ and aligned with biblical principles.
We encourage you to stand on the promise of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
"Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this family and their nation. We pray for Your peace to reign in their hearts and their land. We ask that You guide and protect the marriages of the children in this family, and that they honor You in all their ways. Give them the wisdom and strength to live according to Your Word, and may You look to bless them with a long godly marriage as they honor and serve you in Jesus name.
We also pray for the children's future spouses, that they would be godly individuals who fear and love You. We rebuke any influence of the enemy that may seek to destroy these marriages, in the name of Jesus. If they are currently courting, give them the strength to have pure relationships with one another. We ask that You surround them with godly counsel and examples of strong Christian marriages.
We will continue to pray for peace in your family. Give them Your peace and continue to guide them in Your ways, Father. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and there must be belief in Jesus Christ in order to be saved and have access to God. Amen." And Jesus said I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14:6 (WEB).
Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. We can only be saved by believing in the name of Jesus Christ. And Jesus said I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14:6 (WEB).
We are encouraged to pray in the name of Jesus Christ. For it is written in John 16:23-24 WEB: "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."
We also encourage all to pray and praise in Jesus Christ. For it is written in Ephesians 5:20 WEB: "giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father;"
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be saved and receive eternal life. For it is written in John 20:30-31 WEB: "Jesus therefore did many other signs in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written, that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name."
We are also instructed to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ in order to be saved. For it is written in Acts 16:29-31: "Then he called for a light, and sprang in, and came trembling, falling down before Paul and Silas, and brought them out, and said, “Sirs, what must I do to be saved?” They said, “Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household.”"
We are also instructed to confess with our mouth and believe in our hearts that Jesus is Lord in order to be saved. For it is written in Romans 10:8 WEB: "But what does it say? “The word is near you, in your mouth, and in your heart;” that is, the word of faith, which we preach: that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him. For, “Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.”"
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to receive forgiveness of sins. For it is written in Acts 10:42-43 WEB: "He commanded us to preach to the people and to testify that this is he who is appointed by God as the Judge of the living and the dead. All the prophets testify about him, that through his name everyone who believes in him will receive forgiveness of sins.”
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For it is written in Acts 2:38 WEB: "Peter said to them, “Repent, and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit."
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be justified and have peace with God. For it is written in Romans 5:1 WEB: "Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;"
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be sanctified. For it is written in 1 Corinthians 6:11 WEB: "Some of you were such, but you were washed. But you were sanctified. But you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and in the Spirit of our God."
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be saved from the wrath of God. For it is written in Romans 5:9 WEB: "Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we will be saved from God’s wrath through him."
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be saved from the power of darkness and translated into the Kingdom of God's dear Son. For it is written in Colossians 1:13 WEB: "who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love;"
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be saved from the power of sin and death. For it is written in Romans 8:2 WEB: "For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made me free from the law of sin and of death."
We are also instructed to believe in the name of Jesus Christ in order to be saved from the power of Satan and translated into the Kingdom of God.
