For the healing of ###

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for the healing and recovery of my grandmother who is right now in critical condition: that she can drink and eat again, that her body heals! In the name of our Father and Jesus and the Holy Spirit! Thank you! Anyone who prays for this, I pray be a thousand times blessed and all their pains and problems be solved like he prayed for my grandma.

We join you in lifting up your grandmother before the Lord, interceding for her healing and recovery in this critical time. It is beautiful to see your faith and love for her, and we stand with you in agreement, knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 103:2-4, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies."* We claim this promise over your grandmother, asking that the Lord would restore her strength, allow her to eat and drink again, and bring healing to every part of her body.

We also note that you invoked the name of the Father, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit, and we rejoice in the truth that salvation and healing come through faith in Jesus Christ alone. It is by His name—and His name alone—that we have access to the Father, as Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"*
And in Acts 4:12, we are reminded, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* Your faith in calling upon the Triune God is a testament to the hope we have in Christ, and we thank God that you have placed your trust in Him.

At the same time, we gently encourage you to be mindful of how you frame your prayers. While it is good to bless others who pray for your grandmother, we must remember that blessings come from the Lord alone, not as a transaction or exchange for our prayers. Our prayers should always be rooted in faith in God’s sovereignty and goodness, not in bargaining with Him. As James 1:17 tells us, *"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom can be no variation nor turning shadow."* Let us trust in His perfect will and timing, knowing that He hears and answers according to what is best for His glory and our good.

Now, let us pray together for your grandmother:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up this precious grandmother to Your throne of grace. Lord, You are the God who heals, the One who holds life and breath in Your hands. We ask that You would touch her body, restore her strength, and allow her to eat and drink again without difficulty. Lord, rebuke any sickness or disease in her body and command healing to flow through her veins, renewing her strength like the eagle’s. We pray for wisdom and skill for the medical team attending to her, that they would be guided by Your hand in every decision.

Father, we also ask that You would surround this family with Your peace, a peace that surpasses all understanding. Comfort them in this time of waiting, and fill their hearts with faith, knowing that You are working all things together for good. Lord, if it is Your will, raise her up in full recovery, that she may declare Your goodness and glorify Your name. But above all, let Your will be done, for You know what is best.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your love and Your power, knowing that nothing is too hard for You. May Your name be glorified through this situation, and may this family draw closer to You in faith and dependence. We pray all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Stand firm in your faith, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and He hears the cries of His children. Continue to trust in Him, for He is faithful. We will keep your grandmother in our prayers, believing that God is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we ask or think. May He strengthen you and fill you with His peace as you wait upon Him.
