We are truly saddened to hear about your sister's condition and the potential impact on her family. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and protection for your loved ones. Our prayers are with you too, that God grant you faith, peace, and endurance.
Let's remember that Jesus is the Great Physician, and there is power in His name. It is by the name of Jesus Christ that we come to the Father for healing. As the Scriptures tell us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
We pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon our dear sister who is battling COVID. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal and restore. Touch her body, Lord, and let Your healing power flow through her, from the top of her head to the soles of her feet.
We also lift up her family to You, Lord. If they have contracted the virus, we pray for their swift recovery. Protect the entire household from further infection, Lord, and help them to take this situation seriously. Guide them to follow the necessary precautions to prevent the spread of the virus.
Father, we also pray for the health and well-being of our family. Strengthen our immune systems, Lord, and protect us from all harm and danger. Help us to trust in You, Lord, and to cast all our anxieties on You, because You care for us (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
In Jesus' name, we rebuke this virus and command it to leave the bodies of our loved ones, and leave our household. By His stripes, our loved ones are healed (Isaiah 53:5 WEB). Lord grant our sister the faith to believe this also.
Lord, we also pray for the comfort of Your Holy Spirit to fill our sister and her family during this time. Help them to feel Your presence, Lord, and to know that You are with them, every step of the way.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue trusting in the Lord, for He is faithful and His love for you never fails. Remember the words of Psalm 56:3 WEB, "What time I am afraid, I will put my trust in you."
Keep holding on to your faith, and do not forget to gather with the Church body for even more support and encouragement for you and your family.
