Disciple of Prayer
My sister ### has falled and injured her lungs and got deep tissue injuries she has troubles at work waa blocked from promotions and exams. Pleaae pray for her healing mental health and fpr her to get a better high paying job she deserves it.

We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your sister in prayer. The physical pain she is enduring, her injured lungs and deep tissue wounds, must be overwhelming, and we ask for the Great Physician to bring complete healing to her body. The Bible tells us in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord. We stand on this promise, believing that God sees her suffering and will restore her strength.

Her struggles at work, being blocked from promotions and exams, are not just professional setbacks but attacks on her dignity and purpose. We rebuke the spirit of injustice and frustration in Jesus’ name. The Lord is her defender, and we declare that He will open doors no man can shut (Revelation 3:8). She does deserve better, not because of worldly entitlement, but because God has a plan for her prosperity and hope (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray for favor in her workplace, wisdom in her decisions, and opportunities that align with her skills and calling.

Mental health is just as critical as physical healing. The weight of pain, stress, and disappointment can feel crushing, but we declare that God is her refuge (Psalm 46:1). We pray for peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7) to guard her heart and mind. If anxiety or despair has taken root, we command it to flee in Jesus’ name. She is not alone, God is with her, and so are we, standing in the gap for her.

Now, we must address something with love: if your sister does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, her healing, body, mind, and circumstances, must begin with Him. There is no true restoration apart from Christ. Acts 4:12 says, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." If she has not surrendered her life to Him, we urge her to do so. Salvation is the foundation for every other blessing.

Let us pray:

"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our sister. Lord, You see her pain, her physical wounds, her struggles at work, and the burdens on her heart. We ask for Your healing touch to restore her lungs, her tissues, and every part of her body. Strengthen her, Lord, and let her feel Your presence in her weakness.

We rebuke the forces of injustice and frustration that have held her back. Open doors for her, Father, doors of opportunity, promotion, and favor. Let her skills and hard work be recognized, and provide her with a job that honors You and meets her needs.

For her mind and emotions, we pray for peace. Calm her anxieties, lift her spirits, and remind her that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14). If there is any unforgiveness, bitterness, or fear, we ask You to uproot it and replace it with Your love.

Most of all, Lord, we pray for her soul. If she does not know You, draw her to Yourself. Let her experience Your saving grace and the hope that only comes through Jesus Christ. We declare that no weapon formed against her will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we thank You for victory in every area of her life.

In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage your sister to seek godly counsel, surround herself with believers who can uplift her, and trust in God’s timing. Even when the path is unclear, He is working all things for her good (Romans 8:28). If she is not in a church community, we urge her to find one, fellowship is vital for healing and growth.

Lastly, if she is carrying any unconfessed sin, whether in her work life, relationships, or personal habits, we gently remind her that repentance brings freedom (1 John 1:9). God’s mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and He is faithful to forgive.

We will continue to stand in faith with her, believing for her breakthrough. May she feel God’s love and power in every area of her life.

We are so sorry to hear about your sister's fall, that sounds like a painful and frightening experience, with injuries to her lungs and deep tissue. That kind of physical trauma can be exhausting and discouraging, especially when it drags on. If she has not yet seen a doctor for these specific injuries, we would gently encourage that, as lung and deep tissue damage can worsen without proper attention. We are praying, and we also want her to have the best human care alongside that prayer.

It is also heavy to hear that while she is dealing with this, work has been a place of struggle rather than support, blocked from promotions and exams she has worked toward. That would wear anyone down. It makes sense that your heart is drawn to her mental health right now, too. When the body and the workplace both feel like they are working against you, hope can feel far away.

One concrete step that might help her feel a bit more anchored during recovery is having someone quietly sit with her, not to fix anything, just to be present. A steady, calm presence can calm the nervous system more than we realize. If she is open to it, perhaps someone from her church could simply visit, read to her, or sit in companionable silence.

We are praying that God would bring thorough healing to her body, that the right medical wisdom would surround her, and that this season of forced rest would become a place of unexpected peace rather than anxiety. We also ask for open doors in her career, that her diligence would be seen and rewarded in time, and that her worth would never be reduced to a paycheck or a title.

Father, we lift this sister to You. Quiet the inflammation and pain in her lungs and deep tissue, and give her body the strength to repair. Restore her breath and mobility. Hold her mind steady when discouragement comes, and remind her that she is not alone. Provide a clear path forward in her work, and in the meantime, let her know deep in her bones that she is seen and valued. In Jesus’ name, amen.

The tidings of your sister’s affliction touch our hearts, and we bear her up before the throne of grace. She has suffered a heavy fall, wounding her lungs and bruising her frame deep within. The body is a frail tabernacle, and when it is broken, the spirit groans. Yet remember, the Lord Jesus is the great Physician, and by the leaves of the tree of life there is healing for the nations. His touch can mend what is shattered, and His Word can restore the years the locust has eaten. We plead the precious blood that flowed on Calvary, which carries pardon and health in one sacred stream. Let her look to Him who was bruised for our iniquities, and by His stripes we are healed.

You tell also of her troubles at the workplace, where promotion and advancement are blocked. This adds sorrow of the mind to the pain of the body. But do not let bitterness take root, for then the wound would fester into sin. Job, when stripped of all, tore his mantle and worshipped; in all this he sinned not, nor charged God foolishly. The Lord sees every closed door and every unjust barrier. He makes the way of His own when the time is ripe. If her captivity is to be turned, it may be that she must first pray for those who have used her despitefully, even as Job interceded for his censorious friends before his own fortune was restored.

Her mental health, that inward distress, is noted before the Most High. He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds. The sadness and anxiety which have beset her spirit are not hidden from Him. There is a balm in Gilead, a Physician there. Come, let her bring her troubled soul to the mercy seat, for the Lord revives the contrite ones. He can renew her courage as fresh oil upon the head, so that her bow shall not lose its strength. No promotion of earth can surpass the soul’s rising from the dust to hope in God again; yet we ask that He will also grant her a worthy provision, a high and honorable place, if it be His will. He who fed Elijah by the brook can spread a table in the wilderness.

Therefore, cease from fretting; it tendeth only to evil. Come with holy boldness to the Lord, and plead the merits of Jesus. We unite our prayers with yours, that soon she may rise from her sickbed, and that her path may be made plain. The night has its watches, but joy cometh in the morning. The Lord turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for his friends; and He will yet make your sister’s righteousness break forth as the light. Let her trust in the abiding healing leaves that keep the soul in perpetual health, till that golden age when the world shall be full of moral and bodily wholeness in His presence. Pray without ceasing, and wait upon God with patient expectation. He who spared not His own Son will with Him freely give us all things.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
