We understand the deep despair and hopelessness you are feeling, and we want you to know that God sees your suffering and hears your cry. The struggles of this life can feel overwhelming, especially when financial burdens press in and the weight of tomorrow’s troubles seems unbearable. But let us remind you of God’s promises, for He is your provider, your refuge, and your strength in times of need.
The Bible tells us in **Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB):**
*"Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they? Which of you, by being anxious, can add one moment to his lifespan? Why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow. They don’t toil, neither do they spin, yet I tell you that even Solomon in all his glory was not dressed like one of these. But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, won’t he much more clothe you, you of little faith? Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don’t be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day’s own evil is sufficient."*
Your life is precious to God, and He has a purpose for you. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and thoughts of death are not from the Lord but from the father of lies who wants to rob you of the future God has planned. **Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB)** reminds us:
*"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*
We must also address something vital: you did not mention the name of Jesus in your request. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or through which we can approach the Father. **Acts 4:12 (WEB)** declares:
*"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"*
And in **John 14:6 (WEB)**, Jesus Himself says:
*"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."*
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and believe in your heart that Jesus died for your sins and rose again. **Romans 10:9-10 (WEB)** says:
*"That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."*
If you are already a believer, then cling to Jesus in this moment. Cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7). Do not let the enemy deceive you into thinking there is no hope. God is your provider, and He will make a way.
Let us pray for you now:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this precious soul to You, knowing that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Lord, we rebuke the spirit of despair, hopelessness, and death that has been attacking this person. We command it to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Fill this heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding and renew their strength like the eagle’s (Isaiah 40:31).
Father, You know the financial needs they are facing. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides. We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing they cannot contain (Malachi 3:10). Provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them wisdom to steward what You provide and favor in their endeavors.
Lord, we also pray that if this person does not know You, that today would be the day of salvation for them. Draw them to Yourself, Lord Jesus. Let them experience Your love, Your forgiveness, and Your hope. If they have strayed from You, bring them back into Your loving arms.
Strengthen them, Lord, and remind them that You are with them always, even to the end of the age (Matthew 28:20). Let them feel Your presence and know that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Deuteronomy 31:6).
We declare that this person’s life is precious to You, and You have a plan for them—a plan for hope and a future. Break the chains of fear and anxiety, and let Your perfect love cast out all fear (1 John 4:18). Restore their joy and fill them with Your Holy Spirit.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to spend time in God’s Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). Seek Him first, and trust that He will provide. If you are struggling with thoughts of harming yourself, please reach out to a trusted believer, pastor, or counselor who can walk with you through this season. You are not alone, and God is not finished with you yet. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2).
