For My Daughter

I recently had to end a relationship between my daughter and a guy she had been dating for 6 months, due to his foul language to her, and his general lack of respect for a wonderful young lady who is going to nursing school, is smart and deserves better. As she is 18, I know her heart is torn apart, but as her mother, I just can't allow someone like this in her life, who runs with gangs, is with people who get shot and die, among other things. She hates me, and is mad..but I have to have her understand she deserves better, and I had feared for her life. The principal of their HS even told us he is bad news. Please pray for her, and for us...that our relationship will be as it once was, and that she sees I did this from a great love, and not to hurt her. Thanks.

Dear Jesus I beg you shed some light upon this family. Dear Lord alloow this child to understand her mother, allow the mother to understand the child. Dear Lord bring them together under your light so they live in peace and harmony with you as their guide and protector. Touch them Jesus and erase all the pain and scars between them. I beg you Dear Jesus to touch the man too, Lord teach him some respect and some care for others, touch his heart and mind so he feels the need to get tpo know you. Thank you Jesus in you we trust.

Hi if you didn't end this relationship you would have let your daughter down,you have shown great strength,and time is a great healer.I pray that your daughter understands why you had to do it.

Thank you. I hope she one day will understand all the reasons why. When I ask her if he would be someone she would want for her own daughter, she says 'no'. I hope she means that, and isn't just saying that to me. Because more than anything, I want her to know what love is, and who she was with, was not love.
