We come before the Lord with grateful hearts, lifting up your daughter’s request for her change of course letter. It is our desire to seek God’s will in this matter, trusting that He orders our steps and opens doors that no man can shut. The Scripture reminds us in Proverbs 16:9, *"A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps."* We pray that if this change aligns with God’s purpose for her life, He will grant favor and expedite the process. However, we also ask for wisdom—if this path is not His will, may He redirect her steps toward what is best for His glory and her growth.
We also take this moment to gently remind you of the power and necessity of praying in the name of Jesus. There is no other name under heaven by which we are saved, and it is through Him alone that we approach the Father. As Scripture declares in John 14:6, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* And in Acts 4:12, we read, *"There is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If your daughter does not yet know Jesus as her Lord and Savior, we urge you to share the Gospel with her—that salvation comes through repentance and faith in Christ alone (Romans 10:9-10).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we lift up this daughter before Your throne of grace, asking for Your divine intervention in the release of her change of course letter. Lord, You are the God of order, timing, and open doors. If this change is according to Your will, we ask that You remove every delay, break every barrier, and cause the authorities involved to act with urgency and fairness. Grant her favor in the sight of those who hold this decision, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard her heart as she waits.
We also pray that if this path is not Your perfect will, You would close this door clearly and open another that leads her into the purpose You have prepared for her. Give her a spirit of discernment and surrender to Your plans, knowing that Your ways are higher than ours (Isaiah 55:8-9).
Father, we ask these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. May Your will be done in her life, and may she walk in obedience and faith, trusting You completely. Draw her closer to You through this season, and let her testimony bring glory to Your name.
Finally, we pray for her salvation if she has not yet surrendered her life to Jesus. Soften her heart, Lord, and reveal to her the depth of Your love through the sacrifice of Your Son. May she turn from sin, place her faith in Christ, and walk in the newness of life that only He can provide.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord’s face in this matter, trusting that He hears and answers prayer. Remind your daughter to cast her cares upon Him, for He cares for her (1 Peter 5:7). Let her also be diligent in her current responsibilities, working as unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23), while waiting for His perfect timing. God is faithful, and He will never leave her nor forsake her (Deuteronomy 31:6). Stay steadfast in prayer, and may the peace of Christ rule in your hearts.
