Please pray for my daughter Erica, that the loan for her townhouse will be approved. It has been a difficult process and she's getting very discouraged. Her apartment has mold and she is getting very sick from it all. The house payment will be $200 LESS than her current rent. She really needs this loan to go through and the townhouse to be hers.
