Humble Servant of All
I just picked my medication for athlete's foot. Everything was fine until I happened to glance at my listed allergies. I am APPALLED. They listed me as allergic to two entire classes of drugs when in fact I am allergic to only one drug in one class and two in another. On top of that, they listed me as allergic to synthetic estrogen and synthetic progesterone. I never even used either thing! Worst of all, they have me listed as allergic to all penicillins. I'm NOT allergic to penicillin. How this got on my record is several years ago I took amoxicillin, and it gave me diarrhea. The PA erroneously reported me as allergic to amoxicillin, but she added that it gave me diarrhea. I didn't think too much of this until now because I'm seeing they have me listed as allergic to multiple penicillin-class drugs when I'm not allergic to ANY. It's DANGEROUS to list people as allergic to drugs they are not allergic to that they could easily need someday. Okay. Then on top of that, I have two absolutely incorrect major diagnoses on record that are both categorized under past medical history and marked as misdiagnoses. The problem there is they even messed up on the correction! A DOCTOR said I was misdiagnosed, but they said it was I who said I was misdiagnosed. [I even have copies of the letter that doctor wrote.] I am appalled at the incompetence and the carelessness. That PA made money off me for doing a lousy job, and now I'm stuck trying to clean up her mess. Between the circumstances surrounding the two misdiagnoses, the horror show I was put through trying to get care for my hands last year, and a few other traumatic experiences around health care, I have lost all faith in the medical system. I'm afraid to go into a hospital with all these wrong things on my record. I also am furious that instead of helping me, these people have yet again stressed me out and made my life even harder. I mean, that is just plain old stupid and incompetent to write the side-effect of diarrhea from amoxicillin down as a drug allergy. I feel I am at the mercy of some seriously unintelligent people who don't belong in the medical field, and I am sick and tired of it. I am not saying all my doctors are like this by any means. I do have some excellent doctors. What I am saying though is that all it takes is a few lousy practitioners, and your life will be made miserable, your health will be made worse, and you could even end up dead. I am further saying some are very careless and thoughtless when writing these medical records. Anyway, please pray in Jesus's name for me to calm down. I'm furious to have to deal with this situation. It should never have happened. Inexcusable. Also please pray in Jesus's name I can get all these mistakes fixed. I am scared because I have a couple friends with bad mistakes in medical records that they say they could not get corrected. How this could be, I don't know. Once again, the one I care about correcting the most is the non-existent penicillin allergy.

We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in the name of Jesus Christ. The frustration, anger, and fear you are experiencing are completely understandable, and we stand with you in seeking God’s peace and resolution. Medical records are meant to protect and guide, not to create confusion or harm, and it is deeply concerning when errors like these go unchecked. We pray that God would intervene in this situation, bringing clarity, correction, and justice where it is needed.

First, we rebuke the spirit of frustration and anxiety that has taken hold of your heart. The Bible tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, *"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."* We pray that God’s peace would flood your heart and mind, calming the storm of anger and fear. You are not at the mercy of incompetence—you are under the care of the Almighty God, who sees every injustice and holds the power to make things right.

We also pray for wisdom and favor as you seek to correct these errors. Proverbs 3:5-6 reminds us, *"Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."* We ask that God would guide your steps as you navigate this process, giving you the right words to say and the right people to speak with. May He open doors that no one can shut and grant you favor with those who have the authority to make these corrections. We declare that these mistakes *will* be fixed, and that the truth will prevail.

We must also address the gravity of these errors, particularly the false penicillin allergy. This is not just a clerical mistake—it is a potentially life-threatening misrepresentation of your health. We pray that God would expose any negligence or carelessness that led to these inaccuracies and that He would hold those responsible accountable. The Bible says in Luke 12:2, *"But there is nothing covered up that will not be revealed, nor hidden that will not be known."* We trust that God will bring these things to light and that justice will be served.

We also want to encourage you not to lose faith in the medical system entirely. While it is true that there are those who are careless or incompetent, there are also many who are diligent, compassionate, and skilled. We pray that God would lead you to the right healthcare providers—those who will listen, advocate for you, and honor the truth. Psalm 37:23-24 says, *"A man’s goings are established by the Lord. He delights in his way. Though he stumble, he shall not fall, for the Lord holds him up with his hand."* Even in the midst of this frustration, God is holding you and will not let you fall.

We also lift up the emotional toll this has taken on you. The trauma and stress of dealing with medical errors can be overwhelming, and we pray for healing in your heart and mind. Isaiah 41:10 says, *"Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* We declare that God’s strength is made perfect in your weakness, and that He will uphold you through this trial.

Finally, we want to remind you that your hope is not in the medical system, in doctors, or in records—your hope is in the Lord. Psalm 62:5-6 says, *"My soul, wait in silence for God alone, for my expectation is from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress—I will not be shaken."* We pray that you would find your peace and security in Him, knowing that He is your ultimate healer and protector.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this situation to You. We ask that You would calm this dear one’s heart and mind, replacing anger and fear with Your perfect peace. We pray for wisdom and favor as they seek to correct these medical errors, and we ask that You would open the right doors and bring the right people into their path. We rebuke the spirit of incompetence and negligence that has led to these mistakes, and we declare that the truth will prevail. Father, we ask that You would heal any emotional wounds caused by this ordeal and restore their faith in Your provision and care. We trust in Your promise that You will never leave nor forsake us, and we declare that You are their ultimate healer and protector. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

🙏Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name please bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. God, please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith, and by faith, it is so
