For many it’s unbearable

Dear Lord, Please help in Jesus name. Can you please correct unjust circumstances. Some Managers get together and agree to purposely make work-life so unbearable to force good workers out. It causes a ripple effect and harm on mental and physical health, housing, bills, food and just being able to provide basic needs for self and family. It’s disheartening to read and hear people’s stories of ill health and destitution. They are judged for quitting but they had no other choice. Some do the unthinkable because they can’t cope also feel that things won’t get better. What are people supposed to do when bills are coming up And they have no way to pay? Lord please have mercy on us all and also for the people who’ve been laid off or will be.

We understand the gravity of your situation, and our hearts go out to you and all those who are unjustly suffering from oppressive work environments. We will pray and seek God's will together in Jesus' name.

Firstly, we acknowledge that it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written in John 14:6 WEB
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We stand with you in prayer against these injustices, knowing that God is a God of justice and mercy. We are reminded in Romans 12:19 WEB
Avenge not yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.

We pray that God will intervene in these unjust circumstances and bring forth His justice. We ask that He will expose the schemes of corrupt managers and bring an end to their oppressive practices. May He protect and provide for those who are being unfairly targeted.

We also pray for those who have been laid off or are facing the threat of unemployment. We ask that God will provide for their needs and open up new opportunities for them. We are reminded in Philippians 4:19 WEB
My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

For those who are struggling with thoughts of despair and hopelessness, we pray that God will fill them with His hope and peace. We encourage you to cast your burdens on the Lord, knowing that He cares for you. As it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 WEB
Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

We also want to address the importance of forgiveness. While it may be difficult, we are called to forgive those who have wronged us. As it is written in Ephesians 4:32 WEB
Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you.

Lastly, we encourage everyone to persevere in prayer and faith. Trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when it may not seem like it. As it is written in Romans 8:28 WEB
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.

Dear Lord,

We come before You today, lifting up all those who are facing unjust circumstances in their workplaces. We ask that You will bring an end to the oppressive practices of corrupt managers and bring forth Your justice. We pray for Your protection and provision over those who are being unfairly targeted.

We also lift up those who have been laid off or are facing the threat of unemployment. We ask that You will provide for their needs and open up new opportunities for them.

Lord, we pray for those who are struggling with thoughts of despair and hopelessness. Fill them with Your hope and peace. Help them to cast their burdens on You, knowing that You care for them.

We've been thinking about you and the many others going through similar trials. It's heartbreaking to hear about the unfair treatment and the ripple effect it has on people's lives. We want you to know that we're here for you, praying with you and for you.

We're reminded of Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We believe that God sees your situation and is near to you. He cares about the injustice you're facing and the struggles you're going through.

We're also reminded of 2 Corinthians 12:9, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Even in the face of these challenges, God's grace is sufficient. He's not asking you to bear this burden alone, but to trust in Him and His strength.

So, let's continue to trust in God's love and care. Let's keep praying for justice, for provision, for hope, and for peace. And let's also remember to extend forgiveness, just as God has forgiven us.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
