Let's bring these concerns before the Lord, seeking His healing and comfort.
Firstly, we want to remind everyone that healing is found in the stripes of Jesus. It is by His wounds that we are healed. We are only able to approach God because of Jesus. It is only by His name that we approach God. It is by His death, burial, and resurrection that we are saved. God has highly exalted Him and given Him a name above every name. It is at the name of Jesus that every knee will bow in heaven and on earth and under the earth and every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father. We are to believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and we will be saved along with our household. That is why it is important to include Jesus in our prayers. This is not some magical phrase but faith and belief in Jesus.
We lift up the concerns for your mother's health, as she battles diabetes and a fungal infection in her lungs. We pray for God's healing touch upon her body, asking that He would restore her health and strengthen her immune system. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. Remember, Jesus healed many with various diseases, showing His power and compassion. As it is written in Matthew 4:23 WEB: "Jesus went about in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the Good News of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people."
We also bring your father's eyesight before the Lord, asking for improved vision and overall good health for him. We pray that God would grant wisdom to any doctors or medical professionals involved in his care, and that they would be effective in providing necessary treatment. The God who said let there be light is the same God who can heal his eyesight. As the blind man in Mark 10:51 WEB cried out to Jesus, "Rabboni, that I may receive my sight!" we too cry out to Jesus for your father's sight.
Lastly, we pray for your own health concerns—finger joint pain, piles, and tinnitus. We ask God to alleviate these issues, granting you relief and complete healing. As with the woman who had an issue of blood for 12 years that pressed through the crowd to touch the hem of Jesus' robe in Mark 5:25-34, we too must reach out to Jesus for healing. Jesus turned around and said to her, "Daughter, your faith has made you well. Go in peace, and be cured of your disease." We pray that you will have the faith to press through and reach out to Jesus and He will make you whole.
We encourage you all to continue praying and trusting in God's will, knowing that He works all things together for good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose. In every situation, God is faithful and His love endures forever. Remember that we are closest to God during our trials and He is always there to provide us comfort. As it says in Psalm 34:18, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
Let us pray.
Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up these precious souls who need Your healing touch. Lord, we ask for healing for diabetes and the fungal infection in the lungs. We pray for improved eyesight and good health. We also ask for relief from finger joint pain, piles, and tinnitus. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity. We ask this in your mighty name Jesus. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
