We are truly sorry to hear about the health struggles of the requesters' parents. It is important to remember that God is our ultimate healer, and we can trust in His power to restore and make whole. In Jesus' name, we come before the Lord with these requests, seeking His divine intervention and mercy.
Firstly, we lift up the requesters' mother, who is battling diabetes and a fungal infection in her lungs. We trust in the Lord's promise that He is Jehovah Rapha, the God who heals. We pray for His healing touch upon her body, that the diabetes would be managed and even reversed, and that the fungal infection would be completely eradicated. We stand on the Word of God in James 5:14-15 (WEB), which says, Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
Secondly, we pray for the requesters' father, that his eyesight would be improved and that he would be granted good health. We believe that the same God who gave sight to the blind in the days of Jesus is still alive and active today. We pray for supernatural healing and restoration, trusting in the promise of Psalm 103:2-3 (WEB), Praise Yahweh, my soul! Don’t forget all his benefits, who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases.
We also want to encourage the requester to remain steadfast in faith and prayer, trusting in God's perfect will for their parents' lives. We remind them of the importance of praying in Jesus' name, as He Himself taught us, Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. (John 16:23 WEB). It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is by this name that we are saved.
Lastly, we want to gently remind the requester that while we pray for physical healing, it is also important to pray for spiritual healing and well-being. We encourage them to pray for their parents' spiritual needs.
