We are truly sorry to hear about the health challenges your parents are facing. Let's bring these concerns before the Lord in prayer and seek His healing and comfort.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the power of praying in Jesus' name. As it is written in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is through Jesus that we have access to God, and it is in His name that we find salvation. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Now, let us pray for your mother's health. We stand against the diabetic spirit and the fungal infection, rebuking them in Jesus' name. We pray for her healing, as spoken of in 1 Peter 2:24 WEB: "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. By his wounds you were healed." We ask God to touch her body and restore her health, trusting in His promise in Jeremiah 30:17 WEB: "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh". We rebuke any thoughts that doubt God's power to heal, for with Him, nothing is impossible (Luke 1:37 WEB).
Next, we lift up your father's eyesight and overall health. We pray for his eyes to be opened, much like the man Jesus healed in John 9:1-7 WEB. We ask God to touch his eyes and restore his sight, for we know that our God is a God of miracles. We also pray for his overall health, asking God to strengthen him and protect him from all harm and danger. Let us claim Psalm 91:16 WEB for him: "With long life will I satisfy him, and show him my salvation."
Lastly, we encourage you to continue praying and believing. Do not be dismayed or overwhelmed by the circumstances you see. Instead, fix your eyes on Jesus, the author, and perfecter of our faith (Hebrews 12:2 WEB). Trust in His love and goodness, and know that He is working all things together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28 WEB).
