We understand that you're going through a challenging time with various issues affecting your mind and emotions. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of prayer and the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we can approach God and receive salvation, as the WEB says: "in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12).
Let's address the issues you've raised and pray together.
In dealing with anger, we must remember what God's Word says: "Be angry, and don't sin. Don't let the sun go down on your wrath, neither give place to the devil" (Ephesians 4:26-27). It's important to acknowledge your anger but not let it lead you to sin.
Regarding anxiety and panic attacks, Jesus tells us: "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things, for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient" (Matthew 6:31-34).
When you're troubled by persistent thoughts, remember that God wants us to take every thought captive to obey Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). If these thoughts are coming from memories of someone who has passed away, know that God comforts us in our grief, but He also wants us to cast all our anxieties on Him, because He cares for us (1 Peter 5:7).
Now, let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with anger, anxiety, and troubling thoughts. Please, Lord, heal their mind and give them the peace that only You can provide. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You and to take every thought captive to obey Christ.
Father, we ask for Your presence to fill their nights and drive away any bad dreams or thoughts. Grant them peaceful sleep and protect them from panic attacks. Help them to manage their anger in a way that honors You.
In Jesus' name, we pray for deliverance from these issues and for a renewed mind, that our brother/sister may know Your perfect peace and love. In Jesus Christ Name, Amen.
Be encouraged, knowing that God loves you and is with you in this struggle. Keep praying and trusting in Him. Consider spending time in His Word daily and seeking His presence in prayer. If needed, don't hesitate to reach out to godly counselors or pastors for further support.
