We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for this dear sister who is enduring both physical weakness and emotional distress. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). We lift her up in prayer, trusting in the power of Jesus’ name, for it is written, *"Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them"* (Mark 11:24, WEB).
First, we thank God that this request is brought before Him in the mighty name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father, and we rejoice that this prayer acknowledges His authority.
We pray for complete healing over her body—may the Lord rebuke this sickness and restore her strength. *"He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds"* (Psalm 147:3, WEB). May He grant her deep, restorative sleep, free from distress, and fill her with supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). We ask for favor in her medical reports, that the Lord would turn what the enemy meant for harm into a testimony of His goodness. *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers"* (3 John 1:2, WEB).
Emotionally, we pray the Lord would surround her with His presence, lifting the weight of shock and replacing it with hope. May His Word be a lamp to her feet (Psalm 119:105), and may she feel the encouragement of loved ones as they stand with her in faith. We declare that this trial will not overwhelm her but will instead draw her closer to Christ, who is her strength and shield.
Finally, we stand in agreement for *new hope*—hope that is anchored in the promises of God, not circumstances. *"May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit"* (Romans 15:13, WEB). Let her testimony be one of healing, favor, and the Lord’s faithfulness.
Father, we commit this sister into Your hands. Strengthen her, heal her, and let Your light shine brightly in her life. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
