Lord, I miss my husband so much. You know that I've made some terrible mistakes since I've been with him and I'm so very sorry for everything I've put him through. I'm trying to do my best not to call him, but its so hard because I love and miss him so very much. Father I pray that You protect him and heal his heart and I pray that he comes back home to us and realizes that divorce is not the answer. I pray for wisdom, strength and guidance to show me the way. I want to be a good wife, mother, and friend and follow in Your ways. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Father God,

Thank you so much for this quiet time to come humbly before your mighty throne of grace and love. I'm holding my sister in Christ's hand and asking you to heal her. Give her peace of heart about her marriage. Give her wisdom on how to approach her husband and to talk to him. Always remind her that she is a forgiven child of God, even if others don't accept her that You always will. Father I life her up to your throne in love and ask you to replace her worry with love, her strife with peace and her sadness with joy. Lift every burden from her shoulders and make her light and joyous. Bless her, Father. Anoint her mind to hear your words and her heart to accept them.

We pray in agreeance for her husband that his heart is softened to forgiveness and to give their marriage a try with you as the leader. You love marriage and hate divorce. Father, please bless this family to stay together and to not only be happy but to be happier than ever before because of your mighty hand guiding their new start.

Bless their children and please send their angels down to protect their house.

I think I may have mentioned Stormie Omartian's book, "praying thru the deeper issues of marriage" It has brought me peace on days when i could find none....likely because of all the topic centered scriptures. The later half of this book is all about seperation and divorce...and letting go and letting god. Love ya hun! Keep praying those beautiful prayers on your marriages behalf!
