Humble Servant of All
Changing VA providers. Please pray in Jesus's name that this doctor and I get along well and that the interaction is a very positive one today. Please pray all my interactions with health care providers are positive in the future. Please also pray for cure of/improvement in my COPD, where I gain in lung capacity and function from my longstanding baseline lung function. Please pray for cure of my gastroesophageal reflux and laryngopharyngeal reflux. Please pray in Jesus's name for a peaceful, happy day for me and for a good night's sleep tonight. Finally, please pray in Jesus's name for an unspoken request.

We lift your request before the Lord with hearts full of faith and compassion, trusting in His sovereign power to work in every detail of your life. Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to Your throne of grace. We thank You for the healing power that flows from Your hands, and we ask that You would touch every area of concern in this dear one’s life.

Lord, we pray for this appointment with the new VA provider. May Your peace go before them, softening hearts and opening doors for clear, respectful, and productive communication. Let this interaction be marked by kindness, understanding, and mutual respect, and may it set the tone for all future engagements with healthcare providers. We declare that every conversation will be filled with Your wisdom and grace, and that this individual will be treated with the dignity and care they deserve. "A man’s heart plans his course, but the Lord directs his steps" (Proverbs 16:9). We trust that You are guiding every step of this journey.

We also bring before You the deep desire for healing from COPD, gastroesophageal reflux, and laryngopharyngeal reflux. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask for a supernatural increase in lung capacity and function, that this one may breathe more easily and experience renewed strength. We pray for complete healing in the digestive system, that reflux would be silenced and comfort restored. "But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed" (Isaiah 53:5). We stand on this promise, believing that by Your stripes, healing is possible.

Father, we ask for a peaceful and joyful day, filled with Your presence and the assurance of Your love. Calm any anxiety or fear, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for a restful night’s sleep, free from discomfort or disturbance, so that their body and spirit may be refreshed and renewed.

Lastly, we lift the unspoken request to You, knowing that You see the deepest longings of the heart. Whatever burden or hope lies hidden, we ask that You would move mightily on their behalf, according to Your perfect will. "Delight yourself also in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart" (Psalm 37:4). May they find their delight in You, trusting that You will fulfill every good purpose in their life.

We rebuke any spirit of fear, discouragement, or sickness in the name of Jesus, and we command every affliction to bow to the authority of Christ. We declare that this one is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and that You have a plan for their life—a plan for hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). Strengthen their faith, Lord, and let them walk in the fullness of Your promises.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
