For Boyfriend To Find Job

Please pray for my boyfriend Dave to find a job ASAP. He has been unemployed over a year and heis slipping deeper and deeper into depression.Even worse is unemployment has run out. I have tried everything I know to help and it is bringing me to my knees lately.

He has a specialized field in Construction management. He has sent out hundreds of snail mail and on line resumes all over the country. He is so miserable he is making everyone around him miserable including his parents.

I am grateful to have a good job myself and Iam able to take care of things. I just pray everyday he gets a good job so he can be happy once more.

My prayer is with both of you, that in the name of Jesus your boyfriend find work!

I can remember a time when I had lost I thought all of my dignity and any reason to go on living. I was very depressed cause I had lost the championship of the world in professional boxing. My world had quit spinning has I had knew it. I really thought I had nothing left to give or work for. Allow me to say please, God has given you and me the power to choose and choices is our strength! My Dad told me one afternoon after I was unloading to him about how sad I was and no body cared. sob' sob' He ask me a question that floored me! He ask Have you prayed and really ask God for help? I responded well sure I have! Then he said ok then, Use all of your heart and do it! I said do what? He said go find somebody to help, I said for nothing? he said yep for nothing!

Well I can tell you that that information did not make me feel better at that time! It was not to long after that I was by my self kinda praying and looking at the bible, when I came across this verse found in Matt. 6:33. It seemed when I read that verse something got my attention! Seek ye first the Kingdom of God!

That is the day that I started listening and acting on that small voice in my heart! I left my house looking for some one to help.

I can promise you and your boyfriend! After God becomes 1st in everything that you do, He will add to your life the love, joy and peace with the finacial needs met and fulfilled. This I pray That your boyfriend find some one to help and follow the tender voice of Christ to lead him to the most fulfilling life there is found under Heaven!
