For all men and women involved at the veterans disability decision board show me extreme favor for the bronchitis claim and grant me 20% or higher rating with everything be paid retroactive to 2008 to present. Also for them to show me favor and just give me a rate increase of 20% or higher for the right and left knee and gerd making it retroactive to when I first claim and I will not have to go to the doctors for an evaluate. For all individuals involved in the audit for prescription drugs that I paid for that was service connected show me favor and to give me all the $816 or more that they owe me by Feb 2015.
