Lord God, build up the strength James needs to stay focused and committed to a daily spiritual life. May his only thoughts be of You and Your kingdom as he reads and absorbs Your Word. May his prayers for himself and others be genuine and sincere, trusting by faith that You have received them and will provide for every need. Keep any distractions or strongholds placed by the evil one far from him, and help his faith grow deeper and stronger. In Jesus' name, thank You for being his anchor and guide. Amen.
