Food Addiction

My husband and I are out of control. Our eating habits are causing our health to decline and we are just not happy. My husband is a diabetic that has severe complications. He cannot quit eating sweets and this lack of control is killing him. I'm extremely overweight and have no energy. Every day I get up just knowing today will make a difference and I will make better choices. And it does not happen. Please pray for us that we can can control of our emotions, make better food choices and get healthier.

My two sons have the same problem. They are both adults and need prayer for this too. Although each of us are facing other things I think this is critical that we start making better choices.
