Jesus, please help me with severe food addiction. It gets to be so difficult for me. Everytime I try to lose weight and get into shape, I wind up losing my discipline and motivation. Please father, help me. Lift me us and help me to lose my addiction to food and just focus on getting healthy. Lift me up and help me to know that you have given me the power to defeat this. I pray that your holy spirit will be present with me as I try to conquer this addiction. In you holy name. AMEN.
