I sought the LORD, and He answered me; though I must admit, initially, I was quite heartbroken when He said unto me: Jeremiah 7: 16-17 “So do not pray for this people nor offer any plea or petition for them; do not plead with me, for I will not listen to you. Do you not see what they are doing in the towns of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem?” But then, I remembered the persistent widow; so then, I pestered the LORD and He answered me again. My hope is that this revelation is received, in love, with the caring spirit with which it is given; for we all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God.
Matthew 10:27 “What I tell you in darkness you must speak in the daylight, and what is whispered in your ear you must shout from the housetops.”
There is balm in Gilead, it’s called PRAYER. Consistent and unyielding in application; and in always giving thanks, will I hear from them.
2 Chronicle 7:14 “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.”
