We understand that you are in a place of desperation and feel like you are at a breaking point. First, we want to remind you that God is always present and cares deeply for you. He is a God who is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit Psalm 34:18 WEB.

In times like these, it's crucial to cast your burdens on the Lord, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB. It's also important to remember that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places Ephesians 6:12 WEB. So, let's take authority over any spiritual attack that might be causing this distress.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up this dear soul who is feeling overwhelmed and at the end of their rope. We pray that you will strengthen them and help them to cast all their anxieties on you, knowing that you care for them deeply. Give them the power to endure through the Holy Spirit.

We rebuke any spirit of despair, hopelessness, and self-harm trying to operate in their life. We command it to leave in the mighty name of Jesus. We speak life, peace, and hope into their situation. Surround them with your unfailing love and give them the courage to face whatever is causing this distress.

Father, we also pray for their salvation, if they have not already accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We know there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12. Send people into their life to share the good news of the gospel with them, that believing they might have life in His name, John 20:31.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We want to remind you of another verse, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind" (2 Timothy 1:7). That's the spirit we're claiming for you today. Power to face whatever's ahead, love to comfort you in your distress, and a sound mind to help you navigate this tough time.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come to You in Jesus' name, standing with our friend who's feeling overwhelmed. We claim Your promise of being with them always. Fill them with Your power, love, and a sound mind. Help them to trust in You, even when they can't see a way forward.

Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear or despair trying to hold them back. We speak Your truth over them - that they are loved, they are valued, and You have a purpose for their life. Send Your angels to encamp around them, protecting and guiding them (Psalm 91:11).

We pray for their salvation, if they haven't already accepted Jesus. Send people into their life to share the good news of the gospel, that they might believe and have life in His name.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
